Sugar and spice and all things nice, that’s what little girls are made of.
Snips and snails and puppy dogs tails, that’s what little boys are made of.
We create special Keepsake Cards for children based on the poem ‘Monday’s Child’ and the examples below give you an idea of what we can create for you.
Please note that because each card is handmade, some aspects of the image may change slightly due to availability of supplies, however the basic design will stay the same.
The children on these cards are interchangeable, depending on whether the card is for a boy or girl.
Choose a day of the week and then choose a child (Abbie, Buzz, James, Ollie, Poppy, Sally or Zach).
Each card costs £2.50 plus £1.00 p&p
Yes we know we have taken some liberties with the poem, but only in order to bring it up to date and to avoid the possibility of offence.

Monday’s Child is fair of face:
Buzz is a busy little bee, with his striped jersey and clutching a lovely flower picked especially for you.
*******************************************************************************
Tuesday’s Child is full of grace:
Abbie is a beautiful ballerina complete with fairy wand…if you ask her nicely she might dance for you.
*******************************************************************************
Wednesday’s Child is full of woe:
Zach is so sad, but his teddy and rabbit will soon cheer him up.
*******************************************************************************
Thursday’s Child has far to go:
James wants to be a train driver when he grows up and travel around the world.
*******************************************************************************
Friday’s Child is loving and giving:
Sally, in her smart nurses cape and hat will make sure that teddy feels better very soon.
*******************************************************************************
Saturday’s Child works hard for a living:
Ollie is hard at work making sure that tower of bricks is built just right.
*******************************************************************************
and the child who is born on Sunday, is bonny and wise and good all day:
Poppy is a pretty little girl all ready for bed in her dressing gown and slippers with teddy to keep her company.
