My children are fantastic! Well, ok I’m a tad biased, but they really are.
Tonight my daughter was on the BBC news – she’s an actress at the Edinburgh Dungeons and they were in filming today. I didn’t see it cos I was at my son’s presentation tonight (see below), but my inlaws did and text everyone about it lol.
My son has had a brilliant year this year. He was chosen amongst a group of 25 children in his High School to take part in a production by the National Theatre Scotland – and the show was fantastic. Then, because of his participation in this, he received an achievement award from the school, has been nominated to possibly go to St Andrew’s University for a week and possibly take part in another production which is a bit hush-hush at the moment. He’s currently sitting his NABs (pre-exams) and is currently sitting with straight 2′s and if I can convince him to knuckle down and study properly, will possibly ace all his Standard Grades. What a star!
